Where can I go to receive a Model Tour Guide and other information about Ladera Ranch once I am there?

Will there be an exclusive 55+ community within Ladera Ranch?

Will there be housing for seniors?

Three apartment complexes are available to active seniors - Remington, Heritage Park, and Heritage Square. Visit the Apartment Living section of the Web site for more information.


What can I expect to pay in association fees at Ladera Ranch?

Currently, the base assessment for your master association dues at Ladera Ranch is approximately $150 per month. This includes access to all recreational amenities including five Village Clubs, pools, parks, dog park, tennis courts, basketball courts, and all urban and natural trails running through and around Ladera Ranch. The base assessment also includes your high-speed Internet access as provided by Cox Internet Service and access to LaderaLife, the online community Intranet, exclusive to Ladera Ranch residents. When will the natural trails around Ladera Ranch be accessible?

Will the future extension of the 241 Foothill Corridor effect Ladera Ranch?

The Foothill Corridor-South is the final leg of the Transportation Corridor Agencies' (TCA) 67-mile public toll road network. When complete, it will extend the Foothill Corridor from Oso Parkway south to I-5 in the San Clemente area.


Are there children’s daycare facilities in Ladera Ranch?

Yes. Ladera Ranch features several children’s daycare facilities. For example, Goddard School – Terramor Village; KinderCare – Urban Activity Center; Montessori School – Urban Activity Center; Pacific Preschool – Township District.


Will there be a golf course in Ladera Ranch?

Ladera Ranch will not have a golf course within the parameters of the community. But the award winning Arroyo Trabuco Golf Course is just minutes away from Ladera Ranch.


Is Ladera Ranch part of the city of Mission Viejo?

No, Ladera Ranch is a new community located within unincorporated areas of south Orange County. Ladera Ranch has its own designation and zip code, Ladera Ranch, CA 92694. The County’s Fire Authority and Sheriff’s Department serve Ladera Ranch.


Is there shopping available?

Yes. There are four locations for shopping and dining. The first location is Bridgepark Plaza which is located at the corner of Crown Valley Parkway and Cecil Pasture Road. The second location is Mercantile West, which sits next to the Village Green on the corner of Antonio Parkway and Crown Valley Parkway. The third location is Mercantile East located in the Urban Activity Center on Antonio Parkway. The fourth shopping area is the Terrace Shops, located on Corporate Drive.
